It’s hard to believe the High Holidays are here. Time to spend with friends and family. Time to catch up with those in the lobby outside of the sanctuary. And time to wonder if our children are really sitting in the back or running around the building. It’s all good!

It’s also a time to reflect on the past and embrace the future. It’s a time to move forward and create a better tomorrow for ourselves and our children.

Life is full of bumps in the road. Small glitches we have to get through until we can see the light at the end of the tunnel. It’s almost a right of passage.

Stacey and I look forward to this New Year and the ups it downs it has to offer.

Special monthly programs are in the works. Whether it’s a holiday cooking lesson, a friendly Mahjong game, or a lecture on Jewish Women and health concerns, we have you covered. We intend to make every effort to include the interests of every age and every generation bringing us together under one roof forming a common bond.

If you would like to become a member of Sisterhood, please don't hesitate to contact us. Non members of the congregation are more than welcomed to join us. Let us extend our arms out to everyone in our community.

So sit back and relax and get ready to enjoy a fabulous year with the women of Tree of Life/Or L’Simcha.
